Wilmer was born in Miami Florida on Jan. 30th 1980. He soon after moved to Venezula with his family. when he was 13 he moved back to the U.S, to persue and acting carrer and learn the english language better. He had been in commericals in his home country prior to returning to the U.S. In 1998 he was discovered and cast As Fez on That 70's show. And has been entertaining us ever since.
